I'm really sorry to hear that. I wish I could say something to make you feel better, but I know how important it is to self-esteem to be employed and valued in the workplace. Just...hang in there. That's all I can offer. Cuz that really sucks. It's not the job, I know - it's the feeling of rejection that's tough to overcome.

It's not your fault some customers can't handle to-the-point instructions. That's the making of a leader that the Center just can't see. I know looking for another job right now is probably one of the last things on your mind, but security rarely works with the public and actually values abruptness. Think it over.
